Key responsibilities:

1. Handling of deviation Management.
2. Review and approval of OOS/OOT & related investigations.
3. Review and approval of investigation, protocol and reports.
4. Review and approval along with effectiveness of CAPA.
5. Review and approval of SOP’s, specifications, STP’S.
6. To interact with QP/QA responsible person/RA responsible persons of countries of product distribution for providing services related to business continuity.
7. Risk management activities related to product/process systems.
8. Tracking he open/close status of OOS/OOT/UPD events and conduct periodic review.
9. Ensure timely implementation of CAPAs triggered from OOS/OOT/UPD.
10. To conduct shop floor unit operations GEMBA (Focused and Investigational)
11. Responsible for review of quality technical agreement.
