Key responsibilities:

1. To oversee receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of materials related to RM/PM/FG’s & engineering spares.
2. To oversee that all Warehouse & MM operations are carried out in compliance to all applicable SOP’s.
3. To oversee that all Warehouse & MM operations are carried out in compliance to all applicable OCP’s, LEP’s and OHSP’s.
4. To ensure new SOPs are created & made applicable wherever required in Warehouse & MM functions.
5. To ensure all time preparedness for Regulatory, Internal, Customer & CQA audits.
6. To ensure review of inventories for sale/disposal and highlights stock accumulation, discrepancies, abnormal consumption & affect control measures.
7. To ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out in such a way that security of the materials is not compromised.
8. To ensure capability building of team members in line with business requirements.
9. Strategic planning and budgeting activities for maintenance and improvement of Warehouse operations.
10. To ensure compliance to all statutory requirements under various acts like Petroleum rules, Weights & Measures rules, GST rules, Narcotics rules, Gas Cylinder rules, Naphtha rules & Poison rules etc.
