To execute the lab studies for identification of root cause for out of specification and out of trend (OOS & OOT) results of yield and quality in plant batches of Intermediates and APIs.
To execute the lab studies for identification of Corrective and Preventive action (CAPA) in lab and track implementation of CAPA in plant batches.
To execute the lab studies for identification of reason for process related troubles in plant batches and implement the solutions provided for the same.
To execute the lab studies performed in lab for Vendor qualification / use test of old inventory of raw materials and intermediates.
Process improvement (Cost reduction, Quality improvement; Capacity debottlenecking, Troubleshooting, New Vendor Evaluation etc.) of API’s / Intermediates. This includes the following:
Identification of projects.
Literature search for designing lab activity.
Preparation of lab report.
To ensure GxP and EHS compliance in the area of work.
To assist department management for maintenance related jobs and documentation of lab equipment / instruments of GP&T synthesis lab.
To discharge the responsibilities as identified in various applicable SOP’s.
Lab report preparations for development work and trouble shootings
