Key responsibilities:

1. To strictly adhere to all SOP’s related to area of operations.
2. To follow and maintained all the Warehouses as per cGMP.
3. To follow OCPs/LEPs/OHSPs related to area of operations.
4. To oversee that Warehouse & MM operations are carried out in compliance to all applicable SOP’s.
5. To ensure timely dispensing & issuance of materials to production for continuity of Production.
6. To ensure maintenance of building & equipments.
7. To oversee and maintain the required SAP HANA authorizations of Warehouse and Material Management employees as per requirement.
8. To ensure that warehouse operations are carried out in such a way that security of the materials is not compromised.
9. To ensure timely return of rejections to concerned vendors/suppliers.
10. To ensure timely verification of bills and further submission to Finance/SSC departments.
11. To maintain the inventory of Packaging Materials & Gas cylinders and coordinate with purchase for timely delivery.
12. To ensure all time preparedness for Regulatory, Internal, Customer & CQA audits.
13. To ensure compliance of ISO & OHSAS w.r.t. documentation, audits etc.

B.Com./B.Sc./ M.Sc. (Chemistry) Diploma in Materials Management

Experience

Tenure:  12 years to 16 Years in API manufacturing Units
