Key responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth execution of all HR compliances as per SOPs, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Foster a conducive working environment through proactive employee interactions and effective communication.
• Maintain cordial relations with the union and resolve grievances promptly and fairly.
• Monitor employee appraisals, rewards, and promotion schemes.
• Build managerial capabilities in decision-making, coaching, staff development, manpower budgeting, and productivity.
• Support the Site Head-HR in corporate initiatives and OD interventions.
• Manage recruitment, induction, and onboarding of new employees.
• Support PMS activities for manufacturing and quality functions (G13 & above), including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and reward/promotion facilitation.
• Drive corporate HR interventions such as GPTW action plans, PMS, and value programs.
• Lead employee engagement, recognition, and sports initiatives.
• Evaluate training needs in coordination with department heads and facilitate capability-building exercises.
• Promote constructive communication through corporate media channels (audio/video/magazines/posters) in line with company guidelines.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

• MBA/PGDM/MSW in HR or equivalent
• 6+ years of HR experience, preferably in factories/manufacturing
• Experience of union management/handling (preference)
• Strong understanding of labor laws, PMS, and employee relations
