Liaise with the local communities of surrounding area to develop better relations with them and to listen their grievances properly.
Identification of needs of the local communities especially in Health, Education, sports and social sectors. Their survey, evaluation and proper feed back to the Management with proposals.
Proper and wise utilization of approved CSR funds after getting approvals. Compliance of its completion with adequate standard and quality of the work. Run/maintain existing CSR projects of the company in the area to develop better relations and brand building of the company.
To liaise with various Government agencies and to interact with them for follow up of our cases of licenses, approvals and other statutory requirements, court cases, Revenue matters etc. Key persons on the posts are being met regularly for maintaining better ties with them so that our company work won't suffer. Proper follow ups with the concerned departments and its feed backs to the Management.
Looking after the regulatory licenses for new approvals and their renewals by collecting the documents from concerned departments in the plant and their further processing to the concerned offices timely.
Administrative/Liaisoning activities like organizing functions on various CSR, Social and Religious occasions in the surrounding areas and processing of bills. Attending the people from the nearby villages for various reasons / problems and also to participate in their functions.
To support plant management for various liaison/CSR and Administrative activities related to Toansa plant.
