Key responsibilities:

• Maintain Good warehouses practices as per CQA norms.
• Maintain GRN and Putaway TAT as per company norms to avoid detention and increased productivity
• Ensure delivery orders are dispatched within timeline for Short for supply and regular stock as per TAT.
• Observation and training to associates to get their best output.
• Inventory management- Maintain 100% stock accuracy by using the best methods i.e. correct GRN, correct dispatch and cycle counts of stock regularly.
• Implementation of 5S in warehouse to get best output from team
• Strong alignment with EWM systems to avoid any gap in system vs physical.
• Strong alignment with TMS-Pando system for on time dispatches.
• Maintain quality compliances as per Corporate quality audit team for any surprise audit.
• Coordination with housekeeping team for best hygiene practices.
