Title:  Junior Officer-Warehouse Support

Job description :-

• Should have sound knowledge of SAP and WMS operations on both horizontal and vertical storage facility .
• Responsible for daily perpetual inventory counting through WMS .
• Tracking productivity of associates and maintain PPPD(Productivity Per person per day ).
• Inbound physical GRN of stock from own manufacturing and 3rd party suppliers .
• Coordination with transporters -LTL and FTL for placement of vehicles for ontime despatches.
• Coordination with housekeeping team for cleanliness and hygiene of warehouse as per SOP .
• Thorough checking of inbound stock during physical GRN as per SOP to avoid any issues.
• Batch wise check and count of physical stock before despatch to avoid stock mismatch.
• Coordination with packers team to make space for smooth inward of stock.
• Monthly physical vs system stock audit of all products and submit report .
• Post despatch , preparation of documents and Ewaybill to handover to transporter.
• System GRN of stock .
• GPS tracking of outbound FTL vehicles.
