Key responsibilities:

To Ensure completion of all SOP as Training need matrix, integrated training calendar (ITC) and Mandatory trainings

To participate in the training program and share the knowledge to the concern line members.

To execute the Packing activity as per the written procedure of SOP and ensure Quality adherence during all stages of Packing.

To perform Daily and Monthly verification of checkweigher and weighing balances.

To control the rejection on line, with all the rejections bin are under lock and keys.

To handle the rejection at every stages as per respective procedure

To check daily basis LMS portal (Timeline) for SOPs reading and Quick assessment.

To operate the blister packing machine as per operating guidelines and BPR instructions.

To perform and obtain the Line Clearance as per BPR, SOP and Checklist.

To Monitor and Perform online in-process Critical Process parameters, Such as Leak test, camera Checks, Pharma code challenges, Splice joint checking & verification, Forced, rejection Handling and follow the same ,in case of any discrepancies same shall be reported to line officer as well as shift in-charge.

Responsible to fill the log Books/BPR on line to maintain Data Integrity & GDP Compliance as when required.

To handle the change parts as per approved procedure and to fill the change part logbooks accordingly.

To check primary packing materials against Issue Material Order and BPRs.

To check the whole area and machine are under control/clean.

Any other responsibility to be completed that may be assigned for time to time.

To Maintain work discipline and time management in area.

To assign the target, to fulfil daily production target and report and to get feedback of self as well as subordinates in each shift.

To follow the cGMP and GMP procedures along with the Good Documentation procedure while working on shop floor.

To check the bulk products against respective batch packing record into report any discrepancy if observed.

To set and operate the Camera system as per instruction provided in BPR and SOP.

Material movement shall be carried out from the Day store to Packing lines.

To operate the packing machine as per safety Norms.

To identify safety related observation, report near miss and ensure for its online compliance.

To Ensure that all the machine runs with proper Safety Guard, interlocks.

To ensure the usage of gowning and safety compliance as per SOPs.

To use required PPE kits and to follow procedure, guidelines, polices, practices, requirement and carryout activities.

To take care of the equipment (Cleaning and Preventive maintenance) and if observation is there same to be communicated to immediate supervisor or shift In-charge for intimation to Engg. Team.
