Areas of Responsibility
Planning and handling of packing activities on daily/weekly/monthly basis as per RFC. To handle and solve day to day issue and problems related to products and packing. Execution of work amongst the down line including Managers, Senior Executives, Executives, Senior Officers and Officers in packing area. Handling of General Packing and Nutraceutical Packing. To ensure the whole area and machine are under control/clean. To make indent approval and follow up for requirements of packing departments. Co-ordination with QA/QC/Store/Engineering department for smooth functioning of Production (packing) activities. To ensure total department related documentation as per cGMP/GDP/DI /SOP/BPR/ Qualifications. Implementation of the corrective and preventive action as and when required for compliance. Handling of SAP HANA, BRMS and Track wise related work to make indent and follow up for requirements of production (packing) department. To prepare daily and monthly report. Should have exposure in lean manufacturing and OEE
