Key responsibilities:

1. To work closely with site leadership and help them to identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of PQCDSM (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety & Morale).
2. Identify root cause of various operational gap & action plan with site leadership team
3. Coaching & support to Project leader in data monitoring and analysis & timely execution of project (Lean Six Sigma Projects).
4. Support site team in process/system development and improvement wrto. Cost reduction and output improvement (through Yield improvement, Batch size increase, Speed increase, D2D lead time optimization, Changeover time reduction, Process cycle time optimization and OEE loss reduction etc.)
5. Support Site leadership team in sustaining culture of continual improvement, transparency and trust wrto accuracy and timely availability of data for decision making.
6. Helping site leadership team in monitoring lead and lag KPI.
7. Supporting existing initiatives to keep improving (5S, Daily work management, Visual matrix, Standard work etc,) and new initiatives to launch.
8. To evaluate the standard manpower and execution of optimization plan by coordinating with HODs, review of overtime & optimization of overtime.
9. To capture the best practices & share it with site team & other site teams.
10. To conduct trainings on TOC (Theory of Constraints), Lean, Six Sigma & TPM tools for production team members.
11. To publish monthly OE MIS reports including OEE and overall plant performance
12. Other work assigned by Department Head.
