Key responsibilities:

To follow Good Laboratory Practices in the laboratory.

To follow the safety precautions (use of nose mask, acid resistant hand gloves, goggles etc.) while handling the strong acids like Sulphuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, poisonous chemicals.

Sampling, analysis and reporting of packing material as per SOP and Analytical Test Procedure (ATP).

Any critical findings during analysis, inform to section head and QC head.

To verify the calibration and preventive maintenance status of all instruments before analysis.

To make all necessary online entries in instrument usage log, column usage log, working standard log, impurities log as per GLP requirement.         

Participation in investigation of events, incidents/OOS/OOT in Quality Control department.

To make sample registration, entry of analytical data in LIMS.

Perform any other task allotted by Quality Control Head.
