- HR interventions for transforming the lifecycle of the employees at the site.
- Optimization of work plan number at site with business requirement & adherence to the same.
- Working with CoE for implementing the key HR projects at plant(PMS for operator level)
- Institutionalize & implement career framework for different level & departments by identifying critical role and mapping of internal talent and assess their readiness, and implement development plan.
- Institutionalize people manager processes for ensuring effectiveness at department level at site.
- Identification & execution of Behavioral training program with internal/external partners.
- Ensuring objective evaluation and performance appraisal for the employees at the site transparent dialogues.
- Identification of high performers and developing talent for next role
- Ensuring execution of performance improvement plan (PIP) for employees.
- Coordinating preparation of monthly HR KPI, Manpower, Attrition, Absenteeism reports or any other as required to bring insights from the data to improve business capabilities.
- Assisting to prepare annual budget by consolidating requirements and identifying areas to save cost.
- Tracking and controlling all HR related expenses.
- Support to admin related activities as required from time to time.
