Online Checking of in process parameters & completion of the Log book and BPR.

Handling of change parts, Strip, Blister and Bottle packing Machines.

To verify Issue Material Order and BPRs.

Handling, issuance and destruction of rubber stereos.

Co-ordination with QA/QC/Store/Engineering department for smooth functioning of Production activities.

To ensure the whole area and machine are under control/clean.

Handling of CT Batch and stability batch.

To fill and ensure total department related documentation as per cGMP/SOP/BPR/ Qualifications/Validation/GDP.

09

Implementation of the corrective and preventive action as and when required for compliance.

Handling of All Types of camera Inspection system and handling of checkweigher and weighing scales.

Handling of SAP HANA, BRMS, EDMS and Track wise related work to make indent and follow up for requirements of production department.

Handling all types of Packing Operations.

Movement of Packing material from PM store to packing.

To assign the target, to fulfill daily production target and report and to get feedback of self as well as subordinates in each shift.

To perform any other works as and when assigned by Department Head/ Management.

To ensure the whole area and machines are under control and presentable.

To report deviation and abnormality of any type.

To investigate the events and incidents w.r.t SOPs.

To ensure optimum inventory level of spare and change parts for various machines.

To get the training, maintain the training file, train the subordinate and workman as and when required.

To implementation and QR code Qualification and product validation

To planning Daily, weekly and monthly basis and executed as per management requirements

To provide Schedule/ ITC training to all technician, officer and above

To actively follow up in PACE, Aspire and QCFI projects in the department.
