Key responsibilities:

To get the training, maintain the training file, train the subordinate and workman as and when required.

To accomplish the responsibilities of departmental training coordinator by coordinating and conducting training online/offline on packing employees and workmen in department when required.

To raise the change control and Deviation the events and incidents related to packing.

To schedule meetings for management / Plant Head as and when required.

Responsible for preparation of PPTs for management/Plant Head.

Man power utilization in the production (packing) department.

To do the documentation as per cGMP/SOP/BPR/Qualification as per GDP.

To maintain the discipline and punctuality among the colleagues/ Subordinates/Workmen.

To prepare SOPs/Forms/Annexures and review the SOPs related task in EDMS.

To Raise activation, modification and deletion request in Medhas and LMS system for new Employees

To prepare learning activities (SOP PDF, Question bank, Quick Assessment and curriculum) in LMS

Handling of Medhas, LMS, EDMS, Track wise related work and follow up for requirements of Packing department.

Preparation of PPT, daily, weekly, monthly reports.

Implementation of corrective and preventive action when required for compliance.

Imparting various training to officers and workers on SOPs and GDP

To report deviation and abnormality of any type.

Other work assigned by Departmental Head/Management.
