The Global Marketing Lead for the Dermatology Business in the Specialty Business Unit has the responsibility to lead the global cross-functional team to launch and drive performance of Sun’s flagship brand Ilymya around the world.

This leader will lead global brand/portfolio strategy development, priority markets strategy implementation and strong partnership with commercial office organizations for the other markets (ex US and EM).

This leader will build and introduce robust platforms, develop commercial process to with the goal to support countries to ensure broad patient access and uptake of our medicines. Success relies on superb collaboration with P&L leaders and functional/matrix partners



• Role includes leadership of Dermatology Brands/Portfolios, Customer Engagement, Marketing Operations and Market Engagement for the Dermatology Portfolio focused initially on global launch of Ilumya

• Ensure Global as "single source-of-truth" on brand strategy, implementation excellence, and monitoring brand performance across the lifecycle on priority markets and in collaboration with ex US / EM commercial leaders

• Drive the Healthy Tension role of global to ensure appropriate bi-directional collaboration and pressure testing of brand strategies, implementation, and performance for leading/prioritized markets and in collaboration with ex US / EM commercial leaders

• Global Congress Management

• Med Ed Management

• Internal meetings & Communications management

• Drive resource Allocation - across assets and markets (with Analytics & Insights)

• Identifying growth opportunities/ risks, including market expansion, product enhancements, packaging enhancements and go-to-market plans

• Leading the roll-out of global initiatives to embed best-in-class practices by partnering with markets to maximize local impact and ensure quality execution

• Monitoring the competitive landscape identifying key strategic issues to develop scenarios / mitigation plans

• Setting a clear agenda and a proactive approach to support the regional / country teams to influence local Health Care practices and policies

• Market Research Strategy

• Leads efforts to develop innovative and integrated digital omni-channel strategies to build proficiency in Customer Experience; develop tactics to communicate brand messages effectively and efficiently to customers,

• Designs and executes an integrated Global Brand Marketing Strategy and resource plan and dynamically adapt strategy to reflect changing market conditions (e.g., competitor moves)

• Uses real-time customer behavior to sharpen customer segmentation and execution of marketing mix - delivering content that is more relevant and timely

• Drives brand strategy and interactions, leveraging customer insights along the journey



• 10+ years of marketing leadership experience required

• BA or BS required; MBA, Masters, or advanced degree preferred

• Demonstrated experience in multiple TAs and portfolios with different product lifecycle stages, dermatology / biologics experience preferred

• Able to influence and collaborate with peers and external stakeholders, Strong leadership skills with ability to cascade new Special BU culture, coach and empower colleagues, motivate and inspire team to exceed expectations and achieve meaningful outcomes and business impact

• Experience in working with different channels i.e. digital

• Has deep analytics fluency, continuously monitors insights, and has a test-and-learn, iterative mindset
