Title: Senior Brand Manager, Marketing - Medical Dermatology
The Senior Brand Manager, Marketing will play a key role on the U.S. Medical Dermatology Marketing team, supporting the execution of both HCP and Patient marketing tactics, with an emphasis on HCP-facing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for managing the tactical development and deployment of omnichannel assets, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand objectives. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, execution-focused, and experienced in navigating cross-functional environments and regulatory review processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of HCP marketing tactics including emails, digital banners, leave-behinds, videos, and sales support tools
- Support the execution of patient-facing materials, in collaboration with the broader brand team
- Drive omnichannel implementation, ensuring seamless deployment across sales, digital, and convention channels
- Manage agency and vendor partners, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope
- Oversee the Speaker Bureau execution, including logistics, materials, and coordination with internal stakeholders (note: strategic ownership resides with other team members)
- Manage samples and fulfillment processes, working closely with operations and compliance
- Own the MLR submission process for assigned tactics, ensuring timely approval and adherence to regulatory standards
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Market Access, and Patient Services teams
- Assist with developing brand plans
- Manage sales meetings and tactics
- Implement convention tactics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience, with a strong background in HCP marketing execution
- Must have a minimum of two years of experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative.
- Demonstrated experience managing omnichannel programs and MLR processes
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Experience managing external agencies and vendors
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Dermatology, immunology, or specialty pharma experience is preferred
- Analytical skills desired
