Responsibilities:

The Sun Internship Program will allow students the opportunity to gain valuable experience that will integrate the knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application and skill development in a professional setting.  The Interns will work on projects with a global scale across various departments.  The experience will go beyond the assigned internship position and include formal, ongoing training and development opportunities, formal presentations, and community involvement opportunities to further the students’ development.

 

We will be hiring Interns in the following department: Ophthalmics Marketing.

 

The Ophthalmics Marketing summer intern will be engaged in multiple projects to support the team in its efforts to overachieve our goals for Cequa. Work duties may include but are not limited to medical meeting preparation and execution, data analysis, promotional material development, presentation preparation, competitive or new market and product analysis. Additionally our team is dedicated to giving the intern a broad view of Marketing and Sales to provide a real-world understanding of career paths that might be available to them.

 

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelors program

  • Ability to work in Princeton, NJ for 10 weeks (June 3rd – August 9th)

  • Ability to work on a hybrid schedule, with a minimum of 3 days a week in office

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above

  • Demonstrated leadership in academics, community services and/or extracurricular activities

  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs

  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple tasks and

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as on a team
