Job Summary:

The Coordinator, Payer Marketing (Pull-through Specialist) will be responsible for execution of personal and non – personal pull through campaigns for key brands of Cequa, Winlevi and ILUMYA by carrying out following activities

 

Responsibilities:

  • Help create a pull through playbook for key brands in conjunction with Market Access, brand marketing and brand sales team for new and existing coverage wins
  • Identifying under indexed territories from coverage perspective working closely with payer accounts team
  • Identifying the right target list of providers and creation of appropriate market access messages in coordination with brand payer marketing lead in both personal and non-personal settings
  • Help create rep coverage plan with sales leadership and facilitate regular check in for personal campaigns at regional levels for each of the covered brand
  • Help identify right vendor partners for non-personal campaign
  • Help build and track impact assessment and ROI calculations for non-personal campaigns
  • Identify CoverMyMeds / Copay opportunities to help facilitate regional pull throughs
  • Handling Conference management for market access teams including Payer Accounts, FRMs, Trade, CADs and Govt.. Sales team as per the compliance guidelines and business needs Managing collaterals for the trade shows and exhibits for market access teams

 

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS required: life sciences degree or equivalent desirable
  • 1-2 Experience in marketing space
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams and help facilitate results
  • Strong sense of accountability, urgency and ability to decide and act

 

 

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $69,000 to $84,500. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.
