Job Summary:

The Brand Manager, Dermatology Marketing position is pivotal role within the SUN organization, driving marketing efforts for the Medical Dermatology brands Winlevi and ABSORICA LD.

The focus of this role will be to lead critical activities related to HCP Promotion, KOL and Congress Planning and execution, AOR and vendor management, budget tracking, identification of best practices, MLR, POA, tactical brand planning, digital strategy, NPP and to identify, execute, and track core brand tactics.


The BM will be responsible for a wide variety of projects that support tactical development and execution of the such as: development of tactical plans, budget management, management of contracts, MSA's, SOWs, invoices, POs, vendors, sales liaison lead, MLR captain, POA captain, development of managed markets/payer marketing tactics, digital strategy, NPP, HCP tactics, advocacy and PR, AOR management, Congress Lead, Speaker programs. 

The ideal candidate will have broad brand marketing experience, a proven track record of successful pharmaceutical marketing and a generalist background.  This is a US in-line role that reports directly to the Senior Director, Medical Dermatology Marketing.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2+ years’ pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience or related experience; MBA desired

• Brand marketing experience, including digital marketing preferred

• Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred

• Dermatology experience is required

• Proven skills in the following: brand marketing, critical and strategic thinking, project management and tactical execution, ability to master scientific data, analytical thinking, financial and budget management, and POA experience

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines

• Ability to work independently, with a sense of urgency and a strong attention to detail

• Ability to lead without authority across functional lines

• Change agile with a positive, growth mindset

• Business and financial acumen

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.  Well versed in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
