Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will provide a wide range of administrative and managerial support to the North American Talent Acquisition team including vendor management related to candidate scheduling and onboarding as well as North American Career site. As well as overseeing the transactions related to the Talent Acquisition model.
- Support and drive campus recruiting activities including summer internship program.
- Support and drive employer branding & social media strategy to broaden Sun’s visibility in North America.
- This role will be responsible for HR Communications regarding new hires announcements.
- Provide analytics and reporting to leadership for the measurement of TA productivity and overall TA Operations, including but not limited to, maintaining weekly/monthly reporting for all roles, expense management, and affirmative action planning, etc.
- Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for resolving new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value.
Education & Experience Required:
- Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in Talent Acquisition is required.
- Through understanding of on-board processes is required.
- Candidates with experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry are preferred.
- Experience with employer branding/social media is preferred
- Campus recruitment experience is preferred.
- Experience with MS Office- Excel and PowerPoint is required
- Familiarity with ATS systems is required
- Experience with SAP Success Factors is preferred
- Vendor management experience is required
- Ability to embrace Technology
The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $85,000 to $104,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.
