Key responsibilities:

1. Investigation and overall handling of deviations, OOS, OOT and Market Complaints.
2. Review and Approval of Investigations, protocols and reports.
3. Review, finalization and approval of CAPAs and effectiveness check.
4. Interaction with QP / QA Responsible Person / RA Responsible Persons of countries of product distribution.
5. Risk Management activities related to Product / Process / Systems.
6. Tracking the open / close status of OOS, OOT, UPD & Market Complaints and conduct periodic review.
7. Ensure timely implementation of CAPAs triggered from OOS / OOT / UPD / Market Complaints.
8. To facilitate training for the shop floor / QC persons on learning from OOS / OOT / UPDs.
9. Experienced in conducting shop floor and quality control investigations, ensuring market compliance, and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS). Skilled in risk management activities related to products, processes, and systems.
10. Regulatory site exposure preferred
