Job Responsibilities:

Handling & Maintenance of microbial cultures. Isolation & identification of microbial isolates for various sources.

• Conduct microbiological analysis tests in Raw materials, in- process, Finished Product, Finished Pack, stability samples, Raw/Potable/Purified water samples etc.
• Conduct Microbial environmental monitoring of manufacturing Blocks, ware houses &

Microbiology lab.

• Conduct water sampling from the specified locations/ as per planner/protocol etc.
• Lab environmental control monitoring, preparation and sterilization of media, articles, garments, media discard etc.
• Monitoring, Operation and calibration of laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Conduct media qualification by GPT and documentation of analytical data.
• Reporting and verification of test result/ reports.
• Compliance of schedules for microbiological testing and microbial environment monitoring.
• Ensure integrity, accuracy and adequacy of the analysis Performed.
