Key responsibilities:

1. Asset care in OSD/Soft Gel/ Pallets manufacturing operations process equipment (Granulation, Tablet Coaters, Wurster coaters, Packaging ( Bulk pack & Blister packing) , BPO.BIS, Track & Trace systems.
2. Preventive, predictive & reliability centered maintenance, with exposure to PM SAP modules.
3. Exposure to Calibration system.
4. Should have strength in instrumentation, digitalization & 21 cfr, part 11 compliance requirements.
5. Exposure to QMS tools, Risk assessment, Investigations, Equipment /Process qualification/validation  from engineering perspective & exposure to relevant digital platforms.
6. Exposure to Facility upkeep/maintenance for a big sized facility/plant. (Civil, PEB & CRP).
7. Well versed with GMP requirements as per Schedule-M, Eudralex-4.
8. Should be able to handle multiple blocks & warehouses maintenance.
9. Exposure to brown field projects in OSD plants.
10. Good CFT coordination & communication skills.
11. To have some understanding of HVAC, Raw & Clean Utilities.
12. Exposure to regulatory inspections.
13. Exposure to working in environment implementing TPM/ RCM/ 5S & OEE models.
