Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance to cGMP and safety regulation.
2. Ensure compliance to maintenance of Al-IU and Water System as per SOP.
3. Review and approval of all SOPs related to Al-IU and Water System equipment's.

1. Approval and review of QNIS (Deviation, Change Control, CAPA) periodically,

5. Create purchase requisition of th9 critical spare procurement and its inventory.
6. Audit compliance of engineering documents and compliance of points observed from any regulatory as well as internal audit,
7. Support to validation team for periodic evaluation of AHU and Water System equipment's.
8. Initiation of deviation, change control, investigation and CAPA in track wise.
9. Monthly review of IIPI with respect to maintenance of Al-IU and Water System and appropriate corrective and preventive action.
10. Follow up for AMC services
11. Review of calibration and preventive maintenance record related to AHU and Water System.

Tenure:  12 to 14 Yrs  (Pharma API or Chemical Industry Preferred)
