Key responsibilities:

• Working in compliance with guidance of Principles of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), cGMP and SOPs for calibration and maintenance of all laboratory instruments at SPIL-Paonta Sahib.
• Performing timely calibration and maintenance activities of analytical instruments installed in analytical laboratories as per schedule.
• Coordination with service engineers for installation/maintenance of new instruments.
• To file and submit all calibration and maintenance related documents to document storage cell.
• Support best practices in laboratory in terms of integrity, accuracy and adequacy of the experimentation and documentation.
• Recording/Monitoring of environmental conditions of analytical laboratories.
• Ensuring completion of all assigned training activities in timely manner.
• Ensuring compliance to Electronic systems like CQMS (Track wise), DCM and LMS.
• Any other activity for system improvement. & any protocols based activity for quality system.
• Conduct/oversee timely and accurate backup of electronic data from instruments.
• Responsible for overall good upkeep of the entire laboratory instruments.
• Responsible for receipt issuance & management of instruments spare & Necessary in the lab.
• Providing & trouble shooting support to calibration & maintenance of instruments.
• Ensure timely qualification & maintenance and calibration as per approved SOP.
• Management of qualification activities related to software installed in analytical instrument.
• Ensure timely qualification, maintenance and calibration of all instruments as per approved SOP.
• Responsible to coordinate with service engineer for effective implementation of AMC schedule of instruments/ equipment’s.
• Any other activity assigned by lab in charge as and when required.
