Key responsibilities:

1. To Scanning  & Uploading of finish product COAs in sharing portal for releases of batches
2. Sharing certificate of analysis & certificate of compliance.
3. Preparation for regulatory COAs for Filing.
4. Preparation of finished product COA Master Formats
5. Sharing of regulatory filing COAs and raw data to internal & external Customers
6. Archival of finished products COAs in EDAMS
7. Sharing of certificate of analysis, specifications, STPs.
8. To ensure availability of vendor documents.
9. To Share correct Data i.e COAs and COCs to the internal & external Customers.
10. Initiation of specifications, STPs in laboratory information management system (LIMS).
11. M<aster Data Updation in SAP.
12. Initiation of Change control in track wise.
