Key responsibilities:

• Execution of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance & routine maintenance activities.
• To execute the preventive maintenance plan of Equipment.
• To review logbooks related to HVAC system and keep maintenance records update.
• To follow all safety norms & to use PPE as per requirement.
• To ensure prompt and timely repair/replacement/installation of plant & HVAC equipment’s/pipes/instruments.
• Validation of HVAC systems.
• To operate the utility and take prompt trouble shooting action.
• To raise indents for spares of equipment & modification related jobs.
• Piping support, piping insulation effectiveness & condition checked.
• Every time readiness for audit/inspection.
• Planning of workmen.
• Bill checking work.
• Follow the QMS activities.
• Plant related capex work.
• To ensure cGMP & EHS compliance.
• To review, authorize and to comply all quality documents.
