Key responsibilities:

• Do daily routine maintenance, troubleshooting & fault finding work.
• Make monthly calibration schedule of IMTE and give to external agency for calibration.
• Follow monthly calibration schedule work with external agency and update history card & other records as per received calibration report.
• Receive quotation, raise indent, follow- up with purchase department.
• Attend new installation, commissioning and documentation work.
• To update drawings, wirings, manuals, data backup of established automation system and general items.
• Reduce budgetary cost by repairing faulty items.
• Try to well maintain o.k. & faulty IMTE with status tag and scrap non-repairable items.
• Ensure the calibration status and tag as per schedule activity.
• Ensure the calibration status and tag as per schedule activity.
• Get the calibration of master instrument by external agency and maintain certificates.
