Title:  Maint. Supervisor - Mechanical

Job Brief: 

• Responsible for maintenance of production machines and ensure smooth operations.
• This position leads and directs Mechanical engineering work in the plant.
• Ensure the smooth operations of the OLD production machines, utilities and assist validations activities in the plant.

Essential Job Functions:  (Details of Key Job functions) 

• GOALS: Reduction of the downtime period to lowest minimum during the manufacturing activities in Oral Liquid dosage plant.
•  Ensure and execute the preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment for Oral Liquid Dosage plant.
•  Ensure  the  availability of  Machine spares and proper storage
•  Assist in the coordination of the installation of new machines and equipment in the factory.
•  Handling of good record keeping for preventive maintenance, breakdown record of each machine and equipment in Oral Liquid Dosage plant, Record of machine spares and consumables.
• Assist in smooth operations of plant machineries and equipment in Oral Solid plant and HVAC system.
• Assist in Carrying out validation activities such as equipment and process validation.
• Assist in maintenance and Operations of Utilities equipment such as Boilers, Air compressors, Chillers, Water treatment plant, Pumps and ensure good documentations practice are strictly complied.
• Ensure compliance of cGMP requirement for all Oral Liquid dosage machines and HVAC system.
• Monitor and renew of engineering SOP and documentation of facility validation at the plant.
• Monitoring of facility maintenance.
• Ensure maintenance of pallet trucks.

Requirements:

• Understanding of Pharmaceutical manufacturing practices and maintenance quality.
• Application of both electrical & mechanical tools effective delivery.
• Better understanding of both corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Experience in handling of maintenance management along with documentations.
