Title: Warehouse & Raw Material Dispensing Supervisor (2nd Shift)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse & Raw Material Dispensing Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift operations. In this role, you will oversee warehouse, dispensing, and inventory control functions while ensuring compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and FDA regulations.

What You’ll Do:
Operations Leadership & Oversight
- Supervise all warehouse operations, including:
- Raw material and packaging material dispensing
- Shipping and receiving
- Inventory control management
- Prioritize dispensing schedules in alignment with Planning and Production requirements.
- Ensure all operations are executed in compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and FDA guidelines.
- Oversee multiple operational areas and locations as business needs require.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Drive and coordinate process improvement initiatives across internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely closure of Investigations, Incidents, Change Controls (CCR), and CAPAs.
- Monitor equipment performance to ensure optimal operational functionality.
- Support new product launches, including receiving, dispensing, and shipping materials.
Inventory & Cost Management
- Maintain strong oversight of inventory control and material flow.
- Identify opportunities for cost containment and cost reduction while maintaining quality and compliance.
People Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of direct reports, including Team Leads and operators.
- Set goals, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing feedback and mentorship.
- Ensure employees receive proper GMP training and development opportunities.
- Promote cross‑training to expand team capabilities and maintain operational flexibility.
- Foster a motivated, engaged workforce focused on continuous growth and advancement.
Safety & Audit Readiness
- Promote a safe working environment through training, monitoring, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety (OSHA) regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining audit readiness and providing documentation.
Work Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Travel: Up to 10%
Work Environment:
This role operates in a manufacturing, production, and warehouse environment and may involve exposure to:
- Moderate to high noise levels
- Fumes, odors, gases, and airborne dust
- Material handling and mechanical hazards
Strict adherence to safety procedures and proper use of PPE is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, pushing, and reaching
- Ability to lift and carry 50–75 lbs
- Ability to navigate warehouse, plant floor, office, and lab environments
- Must be able to wear required PPE, including respirators, safety glasses, and safety shoes
What You Bring:
Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field required (degree in logistics, distribution, or transportation preferred)
- Strong leadership, team‑building, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem‑solving, project management, and decision‑making abilities
- Strong analytical, numerical, and technical aptitude
- Proficiency in SAP and other relevant systems
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Self‑starter with a hands‑on, can‑do leadership style
- Proven ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration and operational improvements
- English proficiency at CEFR Intermediate B1+ level
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2+ years in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar role
- Experience in inventory control, material planning, and logistics, preferably within a pharmaceutical environment

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $79,000 to $87,500. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan, and may be eligible for the Long Term Incentive Plan. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.
