Job Summary

 

  • This role is a part of the distribution function and is primarily responsible for given zone wherein have  to manage the CNF Operations, Distribution Projects, managing successful closure of audits, managing expenses, ensuring compliance, ensuring optimum geographical alignment of Stockists, enhancing automation and streamlining systems and processes in CNF operations, managing trade association issues, market quality issues and also the regulatory matters of FDA and NCB.

 

Areas of Responsibility

CNF Operations

  • Ensuring on-time dispatch, delivery and claim settlement.
  • Ensuring timely data completeness pertaining to audit claims and KYC updates of Stockists.
  • CFA review of KPIs for the overall development & improvement of CFA operation.
  • Understand the need of the distribution points like CNF agents or the depots after completing necessary analysis and assessments.

Managing Audits

  • Closure of CQA audit observations and thereby ensuring proper quality compliance.
  • Provide discount audit support to the audit team. Connecting with business for the audits which are conducted and ensure closure.
  • Closure of GIA Audit and other CNFs audit which are done by third parties.

Finance

  • Receivables management.
  • Ensuring adherence to expense budgets.

Services to Field, Marketing & Stockists

  • Capacity analysis of CNF operations.
  • Geographical alignment of stockiest as per distance of distribution points.
  • Ensure appointment of relevant Stockists, assess performance of new Stockists, assess locations to check for the need of new Stockists.

Automation and Process Streamlining

  • Ensure continuous improvement in the portal for better services to field and Stockists.
  • Ensure creation of interface between company systems and external systems for smooth completion of processes.

External Stakeholder Management

  • Manage trade association issues, market quality issues and regulatory matters of FDA, NCB.
  • Maintain consistent connect with all districts/states and AIOCD.
  • Monitor market quality complaints and ensure resolution.

Skills & Competencies

Strong External Stakeholder management, strong functional knowledge, good leadership skills, strategic, customer orientated, process oriented, etc.

Travel Estimate

Up to 30%

Job Qualification & Experience

 

  • Graduate in any field with 18-20 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
  • The incumbent should have experience in managing this role at a national level.
  • The incumbent should be experienced and skilled in Trade Union Management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Stockists.
