Key responsibilities:
As a National Training Manager, your role is to independently implement Training Programs and initiatives to develop knowledge and skills of Business Unit(s) assigned to you. You will conduct training needs assessments and deliver training interventions ensuring effectiveness of these training interventions. You will conduct field working with assigned Business Units to understand challenges and effectiveness of training interventions. You will conduct knowledge assessments and assist in development of Training Manuals

Induction and Development Plan
Collaborate with Lead Trainer
Leveraging Digital Technology in Training and Innovation:

Educational Qualification |
Post Graduate Degree in Science or Pharmacy or MBA |
|||
|
Experience |
At least 3 – 5 years of Industry experience and 2-3 years of Training Experience in Pharma |
|||
|
Travel |
4-5 days a month |
