JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Conducting domestic and overseas Trademark Searches and sharing opinion to the stakeholders
2. Online filing of trademark applications (wherever we can file Inhouse).
3. Scrutiny of Bills/ Invoices and Expenses management
4. Communication with Local attorneys and Stake holders.
5. Briefing / coordinating external Counsels/ Attorney’s globally. 
6. Drafting letters/ Legal notices.
7. Screening of Trademark Journals, various database, online portals for checking conflicting trademarks (globally/domestic).
8. Develop strategies for effective Litigation management and risk mitigation.  
9. Attending personal hearings before Trademark and Registrar of Companies and
10. Preparing and updating case summaries, Record keeping and database management and other duties, as assigned.
11. Travelling within and out of Mumbai for trademark related works.
