Key responsibilities:

·  Financial Consolidation & Global Reporting
Managed end-to-end consolidation of global financial data, delivering accurate and timely management reports with detailed product-category and region-wise performance insights to support strategic decision-making.

·  Executive Management Reporting & Insights
Led monthly management reporting cycles, including preparation of CFO/CEO insight packs, variance analysis, flash reporting, and identification of risks, opportunities, and business drivers. Partnered with business heads to validate assumptions and ensure alignment with financial targets.

·  Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning
Directed the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes by conducting review meetings with business leaders, challenging assumptions using trend analysis, historical performance, and profitability metrics. Ensured robust financial plans in collaboration with Country and Regional Managers.

·  Preparation of CFO-Level Budget Briefs
Developed executive-ready budget summaries and key highlights for CFO review meetings, including analysis of financial trends, operational drivers, and major variances.

·  Performance Dashboards & Profitability Analysis
Updating global sales dashboards on GC to track key financial KPIs, variance drivers, and profitability trends, enabling leadership to make informed across products and customer segments to support data-driven decisions.

·  MIS Automation & Process Improvement
Automation of recurring MIS and reporting processes using Advanced Excel (Power Query) and Power BI, improving reporting accuracy and significantly reducing manual effort.

·  Month-End Close Governance
Supported critical month-end closing activities by reviewing financial submissions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal reporting standards.

·  Need Base Analytical Reporting as and when it comes.

Educational Qualification

MBA/CMA/CA

Experience

Tenure:  2 to 5 years in Pharma / Chemical / Manufacturing

 Skills Required

Hands on Working Knowledge of SAP, Deep Understanding of MS-Office, Power BI

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities 

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment 

Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
