Identify business needs and translate them into an agreed recruitment plan, aimed at the fulfilment of the needs within time, budget and quality constraints. Partner with teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of ROI. |
