Title:  Senior Product Manager

Role: Senior Product Manager OR Group Product Manager

Therapy: CNS (we are ok to consider candidate from NON- CNS background i.e. from therapies like Gastro, CVD, Ortho, Onco, Multi-speciality)

Qualification: Bpharma + MBA -Marketing (Preferred) OR B.Sc + MBA -Marketing

Industry Preference: Pharma

Total Experience: 8 to 14 years

Relevant Product Marketing experience: 6 to 12 years

Job Description:

• Developing business plans/ market strategies for the products within the assigned portfolio.
• Making Brand plan, Brand strategy & competitor analysis of the brands.
• Planning & timely delivery of promotional inputs.
• Identifying the opportunities for market share growth.
• Provide direction, motivation to field sales team for ensuring optimum performance.
• Ensuring marketing strategy implementation.
• Conducting meetings, Product launches, organizing CMEs.
• Excellent Communication skills, ready to travel, ability to coordinate with a go-getter attitude.
