Position: HRBP Field role [Sr. Officer/ Executive]

Location: Sun House, Mumbai

Job Summary - HR operations for 1-2 divisions out of total sanctioned strength in all the divisions to 14000+ spread PAN India.

 

 

Areas Of Responsibility - 

  • Hiring

Employee master creation in Metis, generating offer & appointment letters, maintaining employee’s personnel file, Intimating joining details to the concerned stake holders.

  • Field Strength Update

Maintaining field hierarchy in system on daily basis and circulating it to the concerned stake holders on monthly basis.

  • Status Change

Initiating status change process as per the due date, getting the recommendation from reporting hierarchy, preparing activity report, status change form in required format for Probation, Confirmation and taking approval of NSM / BU’s. Making system entry and dispatching salary revision letters along with travel policy where applicable, to the employees.

  • Attendance Process

Reconciling annual leave for each employee and carry forward the leave balance.

Maintaining leave record, follow up on pending leave with employees and Managers for their approval.

Marking LWP of unapplied leave after the given time frame.

  • Employee benefits and other vouchers

Processing LTA applications.

Marriage Gift

Transfer entitlements

Insurance Claims

Leave Encashment

  •  Employee life Cycle  events

Processing letters for Transfer, Promotion and Re-designation and accordingly updating changes in employee masters.

  • Employee query resolution

Timely resolution of queries through online submissions.

Resolving of queries through emails and phone.

  • Managing Employee Separations

Issuing withhold circular, sending acceptance through e-mail, making separation entry in Metis, preparing relieving letter along with FFS (Full and Final Settlement) and providing it to the Separation team for final payout.

  • Talent Acquisition - For Hiring field employees.
  • Legal & IR - For updating employee files pertaining to Legal /Review cases.
  • Payroll – For employee’s life cycle related documents.
  • Accounts - For various payments.
  • Accidental Insurance - Related to employee accident insurance claims.
  • FFS - Pertaining to payout of final settlement claims.
  • NSM & BU’s of concerned division – For approval of employee’s events.

 

External Interactions (outside the organization)

  • TPA for medical insurance relates issues
  • Interaction with the Field employees.

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualification - Graduate in any stream

Skills - 

  • MS Office, V-lookup.
  • Ability to handle work pressure without any stress.
  • Operational Knowledge of Metis / ERP.
  • Good Communication & Time Management Skills.
  • Quick Leaning Ability.

Experience -

3-4 years in HR domain roles in pharmaceutical industry
