What will you do?
This role is accountable for designing and implementing Talent solutions that enable a high-performance culture; delivering in alignment with Sun’s business strategy and HR strategy.
He/she collaborates with multiple internal and external stakeholders and cross functional teams to deliver on the talent and leadership development goals.
The role holder will be expected to strategize and execute talent and leadership development process; are ensure that they are implemented consistently across the Regions, Functions and Businesses.
To be successful in this role the candidate needs to be an experienced professional with proven TM specialist background, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with India and with Global teams.
The ability to work and communicate with senior business stakeholders to understand their functional goals, capabilities needed, and requirements and to translate these into comprehensive talent solutions is essential.
Areas Of Responsibility:
Incumbent will be instrumental in building a culture of Talent Management and Development through following list of primary responsibilities:
Drive the Talent Review process (succession planning and talent pipelining); coaching Managers on review process, facilitate the review and talent calibration discussion and ensure appropriate documentation
Drive implementation, nomination and participation for global programs
Work with multiple stakeholders – learning champions, larger Talent and L&OD team, HRBPs, leaders and managers and cross functional teams to drive the talent and learning agenda for the business
Evaluating and partnering with vendors to execute learning programs related to coaching, executive education and leadership programs.
Evaluating program effectiveness and continuously improving learning solutions.
Publish & Review Talent dashboard insights with leaders on a periodic basis.
Develop a Tech and Digital solution for TM and L&OD
Drive end-to-end OD and change projects with clear timelines and measurable outcomes
End to end program solutioning and program management for Leadership journeys/ Learning Academies
Educational Qualification:
MBA – HR
Certification in Psychometric Tools, OD, Change management, etc. is preferred
Experience:
10+ years of specialist Talent Management and L&D experience, preferably in driving large scale projects and dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders
Understanding of different TM frameworks. Core Talent Management role in large matrix organization
Proven project management skills with a focus on execution and stakeholder alignment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
Learning design expertise
Proficiency in HR tools and platforms is a plus
