JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Will be subject matter expert at sites(s) for serialization and track and trace activities relating to US DSCSA, EU FMD, Russia, Brazil, Canada, UAE, Uzbekistan, India and GS1 compliance.
2. Support cross-functional site team with regards to track and trace systems implementation, setup, validation, monitoring, and maintenance.
3. Lead serialization systems issue resolution activities with cross-functional team.
4. Ensure manufacturing site(s) connectivity to Sun L4 system is always maintained for receipt of upload of data.
5. Ensure commissioned SN data flow from manufacturing sites to downstream partners, if applicable.
6. To participate in serialization related workshops, trainings and meetings.
7. Collaborating with end-users to identify and define use-cases.
8. Ensure serialization relevant training is conducted for all end-users as per requirements.
9. Participate and support change control management process with other internal stakeholders.
10. Review technical and validation documents shared by vendor relevant to site serialization systems.
11. Facilitate vendor assessments, risk assessments, technical evaluations, and SOP generation as per business processes.
12. Performs other duties relating to packaging operations on need basis as per situational requirements.
13. Undertake serialized product alerts analysis for US and EU market products.
14. Participate in investigation of complaints of serialized products with cross-functional team.
15. Conduct weekly reviews with site teams and maintain summary dashboards.
16. Should have hands on experience of packing operations, Technical knowledge of packing line equipment’s.
17. Having thorough knowledge of CGMP practices.
18. To generate ideas of process simplification and implement such ideas to increase productivity and reduce rejects and downtime.
19. Develop and maintain professional relationship with all external vendors and contractors and improve efficiency process through incorporation of new technology.
20. Having experience of handling deviations through proper compliance process, investigate packing complaints Along with resolutions and implement Corrective and preventive Action. 
21. Harmonization of process followed for packing operations as well as serialization and implement the same at site.
22. Optimize operational capex related to track and trace by reducing multiple vendor solution AMC.
23. Evaluation of track and trace vendors to get the ideal serialization and aggregation equipment.
24. Support India and international sites for harmonization of packing operation activity.
25. Implementation of packing automation project to reduce the manpower, manual errors and increase productivity for all sun sites.

Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any science subject.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering in Electronics/ Instrumentation. Master’s degree in Engineering preferred with 15+ years’ experience in Pharma Industry.

Experience

• Project management of projects involving large number of internal and external stakeholders.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High proficiency in MS office application, particularly, excel and power point is desired.
• Must be able to work independently, if required
• Experience of working with line serialization systems and L4 solutions desired.
• Must have Good understanding of Serialization and Track and Trace Regulations, e.g. US DSCSA, EU FMD, Russia, Brazil, Canada, UAE, Uzbekistan, India and GS1 compliance.
• Must have technical knowledge of Packaging Operation Process, Packing materials and knowledge of Packing equipment’s.
• Should have experience of work in production, Knowledge of CGMP.
