• Qualification: B. Sc - Statistical/M.Com. OR MBA (Operations Management)
• Experience: -MBA in Operations/SCM Management with 15 years of experience OR Science graduate with 15-20 years of experience in core logistics
• Department: Logistics team
• Industry Preference: Pharma or FMCG industry
• Job Location: Sun house, Mumbai

Areas of responsibilities:

• Conducting Reverse Auction and Selection of service providers, negotiations and contract making & onboarding, training, etc.
• Should have handled large number of transporters for sizeable business.
• Support Plant/CWH team for Timely vehicle placements as per the agreed SLA with service providers (Contracted/market)
• Monthly Monitoring of Share of Business adherence, Full Truck Load formation, Truck Utilization by closely coordinating with warehouses and taking required actions.
• Conducting review meetings with service providers for continuous improvements in SLAs
• Monitor stock in transit and timely deliveries & drive transit compliance.
• Tracking for Cold chain shipments/APIs from vendors to Plants/ plants to CWH, CWH to CFA/depots through Reefer vehicles/Couriers
• Drive Truck utilization process based on right fit modeling & monitoring on monthly basis.
• Conducting Town Hall meetings with transporters for proactive measures to reduce discrepancies/insurance claims
• Monitoring shortage/damages/interchanges/assisting in insurance claims
• To ensure different types of recoveries from service providers based on SLAs
• Preparation of Monthly Transporter performance evaluation, Scorecards and Monthly reviews with transporters for performance improvement. Circulation of MOM with transporters and seeking action plan for further monitoring & adherence. Gaps to be filled.
