Key responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

• Manage the complete lifecycle of Green Energy projects—from feasibility assessment to commissioning and handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, quality standards, and commercial objectives.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor on-ground execution progress.

Project Evaluation & Feasibility

• Evaluate project viability covering technical, commercial, financial, legal, and land-related aspects.
• Assess project parameters such as land availability, makes, brands, technology selection, and vendor capabilities.

Vendor Management & Procurement

• Identify suitable vendors as per project and user requirements.
• Conduct detailed techno-commercial evaluations, negotiations, and finalization of vendors.
• Provide market intelligence on prevailing technologies, pricing, and industry trends.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Users, Legal, Finance & Accounts, Purchase, and Management to obtain necessary approvals and alignment.
• Act as a single point of coordination among internal teams, vendors, and external partners.

Legal & Commercial Compliance

• Ensure execution and closure of all relevant legal agreements including land agreements, O&M contracts, common infrastructure agreements, etc.
• Coordinate completion of LCs, payments, and contractual obligations with finance and external stakeholders.

Reporting & Management Communication

• Prepare and submit periodic reports, comparative statements, and status updates to management.
• Highlight project progress, risks, issues, and key decision points in a timely manner.

Issue Resolution & Operations Support

• Proactively identify and resolve issues during project execution and post-implementation (e.g., notices, breakages, theft, operational disruptions).
• Support resolution of issues in already commissioned green energy projects to ensure continuity and compliance.

Evaluation Parameters Outcomes

• Timely delivery of Green Energy projects with approved quality and commercial parameters.
• Strong vendor performance and compliant legal documentation.
• Transparent, accurate, and timely management reporting.
• Effective cross-functional coordination and risk mitigation.

Travel Estimate

To All On going Sites on Regularly basis. Approx. 10 days a month.  It can be to multiple States. May require spending 4-5 days on sites if required.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

A diploma or a degree in any Engineering preferred.

Experience
