Job Title: Lead Export Logistics- Emerging Markets

Sub-function: Export Logistics

Job Summary:

The role would be responsible to provide cost effective Export Logistics solutions for export of finished goods to Emerging markets. Areas of Responsibility

● Coordination and Logistics for Dosage form to APAC, ISC, ME countries

● Geographical coverage -exporting DF products to more than 26 countries

● Co-ordination with plants, countries, demand and supply teams, QC, Insurance cell, Incentive cell etc.

● Vendor development for Freight forwarding and Customs House Agents

● Managing Air- Sea ratio balance

● Systems - SAP Hana & Applexes

● Coordination with external agencies-Customs, Airlines, Narcotics Bureau, SIIB, Banks etc.

● Cost Optimization - Bids through L1 criteria - Direct carrier contracts - Optimize yield per container

● Operational Efficiency & Customer Service - Order processing within two working days of complete & approved orders received - Shipment intimation to customers before departure of Air shipment and within three days of Sea shipments - Weekly cleaning of pending SO/STOs in system by closing less than 10% or below 5k packs, whichever is less, to maintain system hygiene - Preparation of monthly MIS

● Quality & Compliance - 100% Compliance for revenue recognition - Nil temperature excursions in cool chain product shipments - Zero Tax liability - Error Free documentation

● Inventory Reduction -Weekly Stock Analysis giving details of under shipment, under consolidation and mktg. constraints - Sharing Stocks with country on 1 st or 2nd day of the month and also on weekly basis -Invoicing of month end stocks by 7 th of each month 1 | Page - Monthly circulation of actual Sales and remaining pending orders for reconciliation

● People development -Identify Training needs and arranging timely training to right skill the team members -Coaching and mentoring Travel Estimate Job Scope Internal Interactions (within the organization) Manufacturing Locations, Marketing /Business finance External Interactions (outside the organization) Forwarders, Export Inspection Agency, PHD, Embassies/ Consulates Geographical Scope Global Financial Accountability (cost/revenue with exclusive authority) Job Requirements Educational Qualification Graduate, MBA preferred Specific Certification Skills

● Exposure to ERP/SAP ● MS Office

Experience 5-7 yrs of work experience.
