Job Summary

 

Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.

 

Attract and recruit candidates at the right cost, time and quality

 

Explore and optimize all channels of sourcing - Internal & External

 

Build talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

 

Areas Of Responsibility

 

Identify business needs and translate them into an agreed recruitment plan, aimed at the fulfilment of the needs within time, budget and quality constraints.

Develop an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role.

Conduct in-depth vacancy intake-discussions leading to agreement with hiring manager on proposed recruitment plan.

Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, educate them on market dynamics and constantly evolve recruitment process .

Create a hiring plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.

Partner with teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of ROI.

Coordinate, Schedule and Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.

Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.

Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active sourcing / research and on-going relationship management

Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Organization's mission to deliver high value results to the customer.

Participate in special projects/initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.

Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions within the organization for India Business and International Marketing teams.
