The IT Support Lead is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing IT systems that support quality assurance, compliance, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. This role ensures seamless operation of critical global quality applications while ensuring strict compliance with GxP guidelines.
Areas of Responsibility
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for global quality applications.
Oversee the maintenance, and troubleshooting issues identified during routine usage of quality applications.
Troubleshoot system errors, performance issues, and user concerns in real-time.
Being part of project team, involve with project team for development, testing, rollout and training of critical patches, enhancements in timely manner.
Conduct periodic reviews such as User Access Management, Systems Validation Reviews etc. to ensure global quality applications are in line with configurations recorded in validation deliverables.
Prepare and execute validation deliverables as per Sun GSOPs for deployment of new applications, deployment of patches as well as enhancements.
Optimize workflows within quality applications to improve efficiency and compliance.
Manage vendor relationships for software solutions and ensure timely updates.
Collaborate with cross functional teams (including Business, Quality, internal IT teams) to ensure business continuity through global quality applications.
Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and compliance requirements.
Provide on site and off-site support during internal and regulatory inspections.
