Data Analysis & Reporting: - Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from various emerging markets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key sales metrics and performance indicators specific to emerging markets. - Conduct regular and ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and address business challenges. - Utilize advanced analytical techniques, including regression analysis, predictive modeling, and segmentation, to provide actionable insights.
Sales Performance Management: - Evaluate the performance of the sales force in emerging markets against established KPIs and industry benchmarks. - Conduct root cause analysis to identify factors contributing to performance variances in different regions. - Provide actionable recommendations to sales leadership to address performance gaps and leverage growth opportunities. - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales initiatives and programs tailored to emerging markets.
Market-Specific Strategic Support: - Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and refine sales strategies and initiatives tailored to the unique characteristics of emerging markets. - Assist in the annual sales planning and forecasting process by providing market-specific data-driven insights and recommendations. - Support territory alignment and sales force deployment decisions by analyzing market potential and sales performance data. - Participate in the development and implementation of incentive compensation plans that align with business goals and drive desired sales behaviors in emerging markets.
Field Force Optimization - Develop and implement field force sizing and deployment strategies. - Ensure optimal allocation of sales resources based on market opportunities.
Target Setting and Incentive Management - Set sales targets considering market potential and deployment strategies. - Support the MIS Team in planning and disbursing effective sales force reward and recognition plans.
