Job Summary:
Knowledge of handling cyclic meetings and day conference bookings for corporate clients.
Strong understanding of FIT bookings, Dinner meets, Group bookings, and Residential meetings.
Proven experience in managing and servicing corporate accounts.
Excellent negotiation skills with hotels and vendors to secure competitive rates and terms.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Role and Responsibilities:
Manage end‑to‑end hotel bookings across Pan India in an efficient and cost‑effective manner.
Handle all types of hotel booking requests and manage the processes that follow post‑booking.
Negotiate competitive rates with hotels and vendors for every travel occurrence.
Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders to keep them updated on hotel booking status.
Manage emergency changes and cancellations professionally and calmly.
Experience working with an SBT (Self‑Booking Tool) is required.
Coordination with vendors, contractors, and hotels
