Job Summary
Talent Acquisition And Talent Management for Pan India – Field Employees across all divisions (Sales Force Of 15800)

Areas Of Responsibility
TALENT ACQUISITION: - Performing various activities of talent acquisition encompassing recruitments, head hunting, set up and implementation of recruitment process (competency based interview), proper planning of hiring / onboarding / induction of new joinees.
 
TALENT MANAGEMENT:- Co-ordination in CPP process, to ensure proper process adherence during the cpp interviews at different locations. to ensure proper on-boarding and joining formalities are completed for the promotees, ensuring utmost pre-n-post activities of CPP.
 
INDUCTION & ORIENTATION:- Completing the joining formalities of the selected candidates as per the company policy. developing an understanding of sun pharma benefits program and its competitive advantage in the market.
 
MAINTAINING / UPDATING DATA : Vacancy mapping and ensuring no overlapping in vacancies. to ensure vacancy aging is less than the goals set for the financial year. to ensure support to all business units in managing all people requirements with respect to manpower planning, sourcing and first level of shortlisting. to ensure closing of majority of positions by job portal, referral or contacts which led to cost saving.

    • Educational Qualification : Graduate in any stream + MBA (HR)
    • Skills : MS Office
    • Operational Knowledge of SAP
    • Good Communication & Time Management Skill
    • Quick Learning Ability
    • Experience : 5- 7 Years
