Key responsibilities:


The role is responsible for administrative coordination, testing, tracking, and governance of all eVAs and digital content deployed on the Phyzii platform. The incumbent will act as a single point of coordination between Head Office, country marketing teams, and the Pixelus – Phyzii partners to ensure smooth execution, quality assurance, compliance, and timely availability of digital assets for field teams across emerging markets.

 

Key Responsibilities: Digital CLM Administration & Coordination

  • Act as the primary administrative SPOC for Pixelus–Phyzii for all eVA uploads, updates, refreshes, version changes, and deletions.
  • Coordinate with HO and country marketing teams for planning, validation, and deployment of digital content on Phyzii.
  • Ensure timely execution of approved digital assets as per agreed timelines.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of eVAs and digital content prior to release for field teams.
  • Validate functionality, navigation flow, content accuracy, and brand compliance.
  • Coordinate defect resolution with Pixelus–Phyzii and confirm fixes before go-live.
  • Digital Content Management
  • Maintain and track the complete repository of digital content and eVAs across all emerging countries.
  • Ensure correct country-wise availability, tagging, and lifecycle management of assets.
  • Reporting & MIS
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports on uploaded, updated, refreshed, and deleted digital content.
  • Share reports with MPD, SFE, and country marketing teams.
  • Maintain historical tracking for audits and governance reviews.
  • Stakeholder Support & Governance
  • Act as first-level administrative SPOC for Phyzii / CLM-related queries from country teams.
  • Ensure adherence to internal digital governance processes, approvals, and compliance standards.Responsible for managing Global Strategy into action meet, Global HR meet and support in Sr Management meets

 

Qualification:  Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, IT, or a related discipline

Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in SFE, digital operations, CLM administration, or pharma marketing support roles.Experience of managing Senior Leaders will be preferred.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and quality orientation
  • Understanding of CLM platforms and digital content workflows
  • Testing and validation mindset
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Process, governance, and compliance orientation
