Experience Preferred: 7 to 10 years in supply chain

Education: Bachelors, Masters ( preferred )

1.Lead design, configuration and Kinaxis implementation process for SUN Formulations / API supply planning.

2.Partner with Supply Planners, Production, Business Excellence, Kinaxis, System Integrators and IT on smooth process and tech transition of entire Supply Planning capability.

3.Identify and mitigate risks involved in transformation process. Align Business Requirement, process workflows, system configurations, planning cycle and key processes with Supply Planners for Kinaxis roll out.

4.Cross functionally collaborate with Demand Planning, Production, Inventory Planning, business excellence to optimize supply planning process in Kinaxis.

5.Support in adoption of RCCP, MRP, system plans, consensus, scenario planning to improve baseline metric to target metric.

6.Knowledge on demand supply balancing in consideration to Capacity, Batch size, Bulk aggregation, shelf life, regulations etc. 

7.Support user adoption by creating training materials, buddy with supply planners on utilization and best practise of Kinaxis.

1.Good understanding of supply chain flow and its key performance metrics.

2.Ability to drive change and adoption, excellent communication and stakeholder management.

3.Hands-on exposure in managing any key sub-functions like - demand planning, supply planning, inventory and distribution planning.

4.Hands-on experience in SAP IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis Rapid Response will be a strong plus.

5.Related supply chain experience in any areas of - transformation program, analytics, projects management, modeling, technology implementation.
